The Game: Resident Evil 4, which came out for the Gamecube and later the PS2, was a traditional (but thoroughly excellent) over-the-shoulder shooter. With frantic pacing, great action and tons of heads to pop off, RE4 saved the Resident Evil series from a long history of mediocrity on the "new" consoles.

The Fashion: A lot of interesting stuff was done in RE4. Most prominently, the main character Leon Kennedy (Pictured above), has been "revamped" to a degree- still possessing a bad skater haircut, but now clothed in very Steve McQueen-esque clothing- particularly his leather jacket. Also of interest is Ada Wong (also pictured), who just goes to prove that little red dresses can be incredibly damn hot.
