About WellCultured
WellCultured is a fashion, sex, and culture website run by men for men. Unlike other online magazines and resources, WellCultured seeks to promote readers becoming well cultured men by providing rational, modern thought on topics such as dating, manners, fashion, grooming, unlike the misogynistic or misplaced opinions typically seen by traditional sources on the topic. By far, however, the most popular feature of WellCultured is the writing, which blends a factual, accurate perspective with down-to-earth humor and analysis.
Well Cultured is the outgrowth of a large user-edited project that began on many forums and wikis across the world. The original creators of Wellcultured, many of which who now write on this website, made a primitive form of “The Guide”- the handbook that would now become the mainstay of this website. The popularity of the guide, then titled “The Well Cultured Anonymous”, was so great that the demand was too much for the many websites that hosted the guides, demanding a single place of access for “the guide” itself. With that, WellCultured developed into a blog, and inevitably a fully featured website.
