You should never have a "party shirt". Why? Because you'll look like a douche. If you go party, dress well, but wearing the stereotypical (a pinstriped shirt and jeans) is foolish. You can do this occasionally, but be more original. You'll stand out and not look like a (sexually) confused fratboy.
